Abstract
The article analyzes young teacher career management and presents a higher military educational institution young teacher career management technology for the system of continuing education. Young teacher career management technology is considered as a system of knowledge, methods and means for building good teacher careers in educational institutions. The technology, in particular, envisages the creation of university teacher career development centers. University teacher career management pursues the goals set in the young university teacher career management model for the system of continuing education and it focuses on solving strategic tasks of teacher career management. The use of the university teacher career management technology in the system of continuing education should be based on the university teacher career management model, which includes: the aims and objectives defined in the model; the methodological-level component, which is the basis for modeling the content of young university teacher career management; the content-level component, which characterizes the university teacher career development activities; the technological-level component, which substantiates the use of different methods, techniques, technologies, forms, and stages of organizational and managerial support for university teacher career development; the performance-level component, which deals with the expected results of young university teacher career development. Young university teacher career management stages should include setting the aims, determining the content of management, managers' actions (by head of personnel department, head of department, head of faculty, and others), interaction between the management process participants, the result of interaction, and the role of management
