Abstract
There are considered the features of normative regulation of separation distances in terms of estimated justification of their values. The necessity of improving the calculation methods mentioned in SP 4.13130.2013 is justified. There is formulated the problem as well as the ways of its solution concerning acceptability of reduction the separation distance to less than 6 m. A brief overview of the capabilities of modeling programs is given. There is concluded the necessity to solve the problem using both numerical methods and by solving the differential equation of thermal conductivity. The possible algorithm for justifying separation distance on the base of the obtained dependencies is presented. There are specified tools for solving the problem of justification of separation distances.
