Abstract

As new difficulties have developed, the complicated relationship between conflict and human rights has changed. The character of modern warfare has altered as a result of technical advancement, particularly the usage and continued development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV's), or 'drones.' Drones have transformed the character of warfare, becoming one of the most widely used, sought, and effective military innovations in contemporary history (Alexander Funk 2016). New forms of solutions to conflicts related sexual violence (CRSV) are now feasible, carrying with them both potential benefits and drawbacks. The goal is to give a conceptual starting point for future investigation. This article tends to find out how far the digital era and International legal framework can contribute towards the prevention of sexual violence during armed conflicts.
