DEVELOPMENT OF PEDAGOGICAL STAFF LEGAL COMPETENCE OF ECONOMIC COLLEGES

Reforming the educational activity in Ukraine is aimed at improving the quality of educational services, improving the system of training specialists in various fields, forming and developing the necessary competencies, adapting the requirements of the main international documents in the field of education to the Ukrainian realities and introducing them into the educational space. These changes affect all the participants of the educational process, but the driving force of implementing the reform ideas into practice is made of teaching staff of different educational institutions. The above mentioned requires from them a high level of professional training, understanding the need for constant self-improvement and self-development throughout the time of their professional activity.
