Internal factors of socio-economic instability are relevant for Ukraine. They are related to increasing social tensions in the society against the background of decline in living standards, deterioration of employment conditions, territorial and vocational inequality between supply and demand in the labor market, and aggravation of local labor markets. In recent years, the Ukrainian labor market has been in a state of transformation, accompanied by some negative consequences, including those related to reduced labor productivity, deteriorating employment conditions, the spread of non-standard employment, etc. It should be noted the imbalance of supply and demand in the national labor market, an increase in the load on regional labor markets, an increase in unemployment and social tension in the country
