MOTIVATION ASPECTS OF THE MILITARY SERVICE WOMEN IN THE NATIONAL GUARDS OF UKRAINE

The lack of (for objective and subjective reasons) conditions for the professional self-fulfillment by military servicemen in military activities makes it urgent to develop and implement scientifically-based measures to optimize the conditions for military service by women, to form motifs for their professional activities in the mission of the profession of a serviceman, to find adequate approaches for the formation of the necessary professionally important qualities and others like that The article presents the results of an empirical study of socio-psychological characteristics of female servicemen. The motivational aspects of the women soldiers of the National Guard of Ukraine, which influence the effectiveness of their military-combat activity, are determined. With the help of methods of expert evaluation of the effectiveness of military-military activity of female soldiers and questionnaires, for the study of their socio-psychological peculiarities, indicators of a positive attitude of female servicemen towards military-combat activity and motives that ensure their adaptation and self-realization in the military profession are revealed. The results of the study of the peculiarities of the service of servicemen-women in NSU indicate that: – direct commander provide mediocre assessments of the effectiveness of military-military activity of female soldiers, more appreciating their positive, meaningful attitude towards professional activity in general, and somewhat lower - their purely professional military qualities, especially those relating to professional self-organization, self-control and ability to perform management functions; – female servicemen face lack of faith in them as capable of fully mastering the combat and special training program, as well as being incapable of performing the role of commander; –- despite the widespread myths about women's desire for military service to solve personal problems, in fact, motives for choosing the profession of a military servant for women are: the need to provide a family, the desire to professionally self-identify and acquire masculine traits in order to feel protected in the modern Ukrainian society; – the vast majority of female soldiers do not seek to evade the need to perform their professional duties in the context of hostilities, considering it to be the duty of any serviceman and patriot of Ukraine.
