Abstract
The article substantiates the priorities, goals and principles of modern education from the standpoint of achieving compliance with the structure and quality of training to current and future production needs and demands of the labor market. It is noted that the condition for the practical implementation of the model of education is to ensure the organic connection between science and education. The principles of modern education are formulated in accordance with the level of its implementation. It is substantiated that the activity of a modern specialist requires compliance with legal norms of conduct. This is necessary for the performance of production functions, the subjects need the relevant knowledge and skills of legal regulation, provided by the established legal competence. It is proved that education as a social institution solves the problem of training specialists with legal thinking, requires new approaches to learning, application of advanced pedagogical experience and determines the use of non-traditional forms, methods and means of teaching and education, and with them new forms of educational objects, which carry the features of both training and work. Interactive methods promote the formation of competence, teach democracy, communication, think critically and make their own informed decisions. Didactic principles of educational activity management are substantiated. Features of operation of infocommunication educational systems and networks, based on the maximum use of information technologies, are revealed through a number of didactic principles. It is noted that the legal culture of bachelors of technical specialties means the possession of a set of knowledge and norms of current legislation and the ability to use them appropriately in the professional and legal space; it is an external manifestation of the legal behavior of a professional
