Special means application tactics by the staff of MIA

The article deals with questions of tactics of special means on the basis of irritants in violation of public order, including the use of new innovative products. Method is substantiated use of these restraints on the criterion of permissible concentration of active chemical. Recommendations are made with for use of more efficient means.
