THE IMPACT OF THE PANDEMIC OF A NEW CORONAVIRUS INFECTION ON THE DRUG SITUATION (regional cross-section on the example of the Ryazan region)

The article presents the results of a sociological study in the framework of monitoring the drug situa- tion in the subject of the Russian Federation – the Ryazan region. The empirical basis of the study is the results of a mass survey of the population of the Ryazan region conducted in February-March 2021 on the attitude to the narcosis of society and non-medical consumption of psychoactive substances. The author analyzes the dynamics of the characteristics of the object identified by the study and suggests preventive and socio-rehabilitative measures aimed at reducing the level of anesthesia of society at the regional level
