A successful establishment should be aware that the interest in human resource is the key to success, to name examples: we found that the success of Western institutions, Asians particularly, are based mainly on the adoption of the Cultural ensemble and social community, this allowed matching individual goals with the once of the enterprise.The establishment gave importance to cultural values that help to succeed like discipline, in addition to encourage given suggestions by employees, all these elements play a crucial role to limit institution's problems.
