A STUDY OF UNDERSTANDING USERS' INTENTION TO USE ONLINE SURVEY PLATFORMS: A STUDY WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO GOOGLE FORM AND SURVEY MONKEY

Abstract
This study is aimed to understand users' intention to use online survey forms while comparing online interactive and non-interactive forms. The study used standard Google form as non-interactive form and Survey Monkey form as interactive form. The study is based on the UTAUT (Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology) model. The model is used to create the Research Framework. Constructs like Performance expectancy, Effort expectancy, Facilitating condition and Social influence were used to understand the users' intention to opt online interactive forms and noninteractive forms. The study used quantitative method and total 150 respondents were collected using disproportionate stratified sampling technique. Descriptive analysis is used to examine the profile of the respondents. Chi-square test of independence is used to understand the opinion difference of respondents of different profile. Two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) is conducted to test the hypothesis to examine the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions on users' intention to use Interactive forms and non-interactive forms. Results revealed a significant difference in opinion (0.085, p< 0.05).
