IMPLEMENTATION OF LEADERSHIP TRAINING MEMBERS PROJECTS IN CENTRAL KALIMANTAN PROVINCE

Based on the results of interviews regarding the implementation / implementation of change (innovation) projects for Level III and IV Diklatpim members in Central Kalimantan Province, it can be concluded as follows. The medium and long term project of change (innovation) of members (respondents) of Level III and IV Diklatpim in Central Kalimantan Province has been and is being implemented. Supporting factors for the implementation of medium and long-term projects of change (innovation) for Level III and IV Diklatpim members in Central Kalimantan Province are the support and commitment of the leadership, budget, teamwork of internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and strong coordination. Budget support for the implementation of the medium and long-term stages of the change (innovation) project for Level III and IV Diklatpim members in Central Kalimantan Province, 30% is supported by the available budget at the DPA Service/Agency while 70% is not available for the DPA budget, the implementation is financed by using the routine budget of the Department / Agency. There is an increase in the individual performance of Level III and IV Diklatpim members in Central Kalimantan Province, improvements in terms of increased discipline, better focus, stronger commitment, more sincere work, motivated to achieve targets and provide the best service for the community. Another improvement is understanding and being able to delegate tasks to subordinates, increasing selfconfidence, increasing realize the importance of mutual respect, improve communication skills, coordination, manage administration, change mindsets and open horizons. Implementation of the change (innovation) project for Level III and IV Diklatpim members in Central Kalimantan Province has an impact on improving service / organizational performance.
