The potential of economic digitalization in the Donetsk People’s Republic

The article offers a procedure for assessing the potential of digitalization containing a balanced scorecard, which is the information basis for an integral indicator of the potential for digitalization of the economy based on the hierarchy method, which allows making management decisions on the use of indicators in the virtual market and developing a policy in this direction. Approbation of the proposed assessment of the digitalization of the economy in the federal districts of the Russian Federation made it possible to establish that the developed system of indicators can act as an assessment of the potential for digitalization of the economy in the Donetsk People's Republic.
