Mechanisms to Improve the Performance of Private Schools Leaders in the Light of Electronic Leadership in the North Region of Riyadh

Abstract
This study aims to uncover mechanisms to improve the performance of private school leaders in light of the electronic leadership in northern Riyadh. The researchers followed the descriptive survey approach. The study community composed of (107) female teachers in private schools. It is a questionnaire consisting of (39) items. The most important results indicated that the degree of activation of the leaders of private schools for electronic leadership in North Riyadh is high. The focus of the role of electronic leadership in improving the performance of school leaders came in the first rank, with a high degree, then the axis of the reality of practicing electronic leadership came in the second rank, with a high degree, and the focus of the challenges facing school leaders' practice of electronic leadership came last, with a medium degree. The researchers suggested several mechanisms to improve female leaders' performance, such as developing the personality and electronic trust of school leaders. In light of the results, the study recommended private school leaders to apply e-leadership in their various aspects of work and activities, with the proposed mechanisms, and to provide professional development for female leaders in the field of e-leadership. The citation rate for the search is 17%.
