FEATURES OF THE INSPECTION OF THE SITE AT THE INVESTIGATION OF INTENTIONAL MURDER DISGUISED UNDER ACCIDENT OR SUICIDE

The article considers the peculiarities of the inspection of the scene during the staging of murders and masking of murders as suicide. The ways of concealing crimes, the goals of which are pursued, the approximate list of actions of a criminal who masks murder by suicide, namely, how a criminal behaves with law enforcement officials are considered. It also highlights the signs of the staging of the murder, the actions of the investigator and the list of issues that he needs to address first.
