The article is devoted to the study of financial potential, which is an important indicator of the reaction of the internal environment of the enterprise to management decisions. The financial potential management system is a set of interconnected elements, the objective function of interaction of which is to achieve the desired state in the financial sphere through the adoption and implementation of management decisions. Based on the results of scientific research, a system of financial potential management has been built, which corresponds to the modern conditions of economic entities.
