Abstract

The article considers the features of training of future educators for the management of professional activities in Preschool Education Institutions. The result of the outlined training is the readiness of future educators to manage professional activities in Preschool Education Institutions, the main criteria of which are: motivational, cognitive, creative, operational and reflective. The effectiveness of the proposed method of training future educators for the management of professional activity in the preschool education system is proved. It is proved that the training of future educators for the management of professional activity in preschool education requires the acquisition of a wide range of knowledge, skills and abilities, which can be divided into conceptual and technical. Category of technical knowledge, skills and abilities to prepare future educators for the management of professional activities in Preschool Education Institution – special pedagogical knowledge and skills which educator uses for the organization of actions at performance of current educational tasks, that is, the skills of appropriate use of methods, technologies and tools necessary for the implementation of specific educational functions. The methodology of treaning future educators for the management of professional activities in preschool education institution provided for practical classes mainly in the form of development and defense of educational projects and business games, a competition for professional skills where future educators had to find information on the issues under discussion; prepare a plan of organizational actions by which another student could repeat the path of obtaining this information; develop a plan of activities by which each student could ensure the reproduction of certain management standards. Comparative data on the levels of training future educators for the management of professional activities in Preschool Education Institution are analyzed.
