IMPLEMENTATION OF THE EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE IN THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL «PRIMARY EDUCATION»

Abstract
The European integration development vector envisages bringing the Ukrainian education system, first of all general secondary education, to European educational models based on international agreements, resolutions and declarations of such institutions as UNESCO, Council of Europe and a number of others. In particular, Pedagogical Constitution of Europe defines the principles, methodology of philosophy and policy of the process of training a new teacher for united Europe of the XXI century. It should be taken into account that nowadays the Ukrainian education system is not adapted to the current European educational systems that continue to be intensively updated. Consequently, developing the Ukrainian education system and its entry into the European educational space should be proactive. Based on certain realities in the planning of educational policy, it is advisable to take into account European extrapolation and economically effective models, which should be based on a human-centered paradigm of education, competence approach, the concept of measurability of educational quality. The purpose of the article is to consider the European integration perspectives of developing Ukrainian general secondary education; to study the basic issues of modern secondary schools in Ukraine; identify and characterize the factors of general education, neuro-pedagogical, psychological, pedagogical and socio-economic nature, which encourage the changes in the structure and content of education in modern Ukrainian school; substantiate the perspective structure of New Ukrainian School according to general trends of developing the effective models of secondary schools. In the article the basic factors of the European and Ukrainian systems of general secondary education are allocated. Strategic factors that determine the prospects for the developing education in Ukraine are identified. The perspective structure of New Ukrainian School is outlined and argued.
