Abstract
In the scientific article, the author analyzes the main approaches to the concept and legal personality of a corporation in Russia. The main features and types of corporations in civil legislation are given. Special attention is paid to the analysis of corporate legal entities in the civil law of Russia and abroad. The author cites the relevant articles of legal documents.
