Abstract

The very basic or fundamental problem is based on disappointment and feeling of injustice felt by the indigenous Papuan people, because there have been many prolonged human rights violations, then also the implementation of special autonomy that has been running is not in accordance with the objectives of the mandate of the law on special autonomy for Papua. Instead of wanting to be independent politically but wanting to be independent economically, socially and so on, the others will adapt themselves. Once again, I want to emphasize that it is this disappointment and dissatisfaction that can bring up bigger things in the minds of the indigenous Papuans or put forward things that are still a long process, for example, wanting to separate from the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
