Abstract
This paper shall critically review the relationship between cultural aspects of an organization and how it leads to job satisfaction for its employees. Organizational culture bears these behavioral aspects including the work attitude, predisposition towards things, and the general bearing of the employees with a sense of belongingness and their level of collaboration along with their learning effort collectively as an organization. Job satisfaction on the other hand indicates, as to how the employees appraise their work environment, their degree of coordination and co-operation among colleagues, and how they perceive organization's aims and objectives, and the opportunities provided to the workers to achieve these. Therefore, the various dimensions of job satisfaction through its cultural lineage determines not only the success of an organization, but also gives opportunities for individual employee's learning, progress and overall development accentuated with organization's achievement and growth.
