Abstract
From the Ancient time “Ethics was the guiding Principle in every Human action”. In simple words Ethics can be defined as the judging parameters for all actions to be Right or Wrong. The judgments is on the basis of preset principles, which can be religious, regional, legal or according to Human value. Moral values are integral part of our society, which serve basic purpose of humanity. In India both organized and unorganized institution which serve general public essential needs by providing Goods and Services, should keep in mind that each in Individual is end rather then mean (Kant, I ,Deontology theory). There are strong evidence in terms of review of literature in the field of Ethics in Management since 1979, each review define the concept of Ethics and its usage in the organizations. This Research work will explore the humanistic action which will conclude, why an individual choose Ethical path and factors which are important in guiding Right path toward right results. For the better understanding of the research study the suggestive model we are going to build on the basis of present government initiative towards ethical organic farming. This study evaluates the factor and motives, which will help farmers to choose organic method of production. The research will also evaluate the roll of government's policy and framework as an important player in selecting right path towards achieving National Organic mission.
