Abstract

The Impact of HRM practices on Discovering and Developing Innovative Capabilities of Employees: An Applied Study on Jordanian Commercial Banks in Northern Province This study aimed to identify the impact of human resources management practices used in the Jordanian commercial banks, which were represented in: practice of recruitment, selection, and appointment, training practice, as well as the stimulation practice on discovering and developing the creative capabilities of their employees. To achieve the objectives of the study, it has been distributed a set of questionnaires on (102) male and female employees working in seven banks, and have been selected in a simple random sample, and the number of valid feedback questionnaires for analysis were (78) questionnaires, where the study reached a set of results represented in each of: 1- The presence of significant impact for each of the practice of recruitment, selection, and appointment, and training practice in discovering and developing the creative capabilities of the employees in terms of: originality, fluency intellectual, sensitivity to problems, and there was no impact for the stimulation practice in discovering and developing the creative capabilities of the employees in terms of originality and fluency intellectual, sensitivity to problems .
