Abstract
Lab-on-a-chip microchemical systems were fabricated from PDMS, polyimide (PI) film and functional polymers by different lithographic techniques to look for microreactor applications in the areas of organic syntheses. In detail, efficient gas-liquid reactions in dual-channel microreactor, continuous recovery and recirculation of catalystimmobilized magnetic particles in microfluidic system, and a flexible film microreactor will be discussed.
