Abstract
Our proposal to integrate heterogeneous data sources, namely MLP, was presented in this article. This framework has the ability for Smart Cities with substantially fine granularity to perform the environmental monitoring challenge by integrating the conceptions of open data sources, while using sensors operated by end consumers to generate useful resources. We also suggested a multiple-faceted architecture that allows for the coexistence of various methods of data collection. We created a generic data structure which we have made in a relational database to provide specific interpretability to heterogeneous data. Data can also be provided to various providers in order to completely harness the IoT capacity in order for consumers to adapt them to their behaviour. Therefore, any changes to our system or other structures that depend on the same principle would promote cooperation and convergence. It should be noted that certain users will generate confidential information that is not meant to be shared.
