Abstract
The goal of this analysis is a survey of the current optimization and numerical approaches and tools that improve the rigorous multi-target optimization processes, where a focus is on reaching a robust limit on problems relevant to the electrical system architecture. The second section highlights the importance and opportunities of robust tools focused on design optimisation for some recent technology, 3D printed and superconductive machinery and the role of robust design optimisation in electric and digital twin based modeling growth. This article attempts to summarize how the problem of optimization shifts if we try to find a strong optimum instead of looking for a global optimal.
