CULTURAL UNIVERSALIZATION AS A PHENOMENON OF THE MODERN ERA

The article describes the problems. related to the globalization that is currently sweeping the whole world. This affects the cultural appearance of the entire earth's civilization and leads to negative consequences: misunderstanding of the customs and way of life of one nation by another, and the universalization of culture, which leads to the loss of identity. The author suggests ways to overcome these consequences: the search for a dialogue based on universal values, as well as tolerance of various ethnic groups towards each other
