INHERITANCE LAW IN THE ERA OF GLOBAL DIGITALIZATION

The article provides an analysis of the main directions of development of domestic inheritance law in the context of the digitalization of society. The development of information processes makes its own adjustments to the functioning of traditional legal regimes, new objects of civil rights arise, and the technical conditions for the circulation of hereditary legal relations are transformed. The legislative consolidation of digital rights in the Russian legal order causes certain difficulties, including in connection with their inheritance. Due to the fact that inheritance law has always been considered the most conservative and stable legal institution, today it is simply obliged to respond to requests for digitalization of civil legal relations
