This article focused on Turco-Armenian relations and the Armenian question from the conquest of Istanbul on near history. The article covers the development related to the issue from Conquest of Istanbul to the Ruso-Ottoman War of 1877-78, than from the beginning of the "Armeninan Question" to the I . World War. Evaluations on the deportation of Armeninans and armistice period also analyzed. Finally debates on the issue from the Lousanne Treaty to the present date re-evaluated. The study based on memoirs and the evaluations of the Armeninans and foreigners. This method is choosen to make the research more objective in order to reach scientific results. Also it is tried not to repeat the points written by the author before. In the last part author exposed his conclusions.
