Abstract
The article deals with freeing the Turkish territories which occupied by the Russian army during World War I and Three Vilayets (Kars, Ardahan and Batum) at the Caucasian Front after the Brest-Litovsk Treaty (March 3, 1918). According to this treaty which signed between Ottoman State and Soviet Russia, the Russian Army would leave the occupied Turkish territories and Three Vilayets. But during their withdrawal, Russian Army left lots of arms including guns and machine guns, ammunitions and extensive war materials to the Armenians. The Armenians, who were incapable of keeping the region under their control, committed atrocities against the Turks during their withdrawal before the Ottoman 3rd Army.
