Problems of execution of sentences in relation to minors

In a scientific article, the author analyzes the main approaches to studying the problems of the execution of sentences in relation to minors. The basic concepts and types of punishments for minors are given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis to determine the features of the criminal-legal qualification of crimes committed by minors at the present stage. The author cites relevant articles of legal documents.
