Bankruptcy of individuals: problems of judicial and arbitration practice

In a scientific article, the author analyzes the main approaches to the concept of bankruptcy in Russian civil law. The main signs of bankruptcy of individuals in civil law legislation are given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis to determine the features of the civil law qualification of bankruptcy of individuals at the present stage. The author cites relevant articles of legal documents.
