Psychological and didactic properties of reading competence in training a foreign language teacher

This article examines the reader's competence from the point of view of didactics and psychology, where the most important role is the formulation of goals, communication and the motivational nature of the given reading material. It discusses the issues of setting goals, communicative competence and the motivational component for the implementation of a full-fledged educational process.
