PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF TRAINING OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF SPORTS EVENTS

Abstract

Introduction. Nowadays, it is extremely important to modernize the professional training of physical education teachers in the direction of students mastering a complex of innovative knowledge,skills and abilities in the field of physical education and sports, developing professional interests,professional motives and values that ensure the readiness of a future physical education teachers for the organizing sports events. The purpose of the article is to present pedagogical conditions of professional training of future physical education teachers in the system of developing their readiness for the organizing sports events. Methods. Psychological and educational literature analysis, analogy, induction and deduction. Results. During the experimental developing of the readiness of the future physical education teacher for the organization of sports events, pedagogical conditions were chosen in which traditional means of physical education and innovative technologies are combined, providing for the use of innovations not only in the training process but also for professional growth and physical improvement; complexes of innovative gymnastic exercises and the corresponding methodical support have been created. Organizational and pedagogical conditions for the developing of readiness for organizing sports events of physical education students are: detailing the structure and content of readiness for organizing sports events, based on the requirements of employers, professional standards; methodical and information support; organization of quasi-professional activity of students using active methods and non-traditional learning technologies; determination of levels of developing of readiness for the organization of sports events; development of diagnostic tools and funds of evaluation tools. Conclusion. The selection and description of pedagogical conditions and the corresponding levels of readiness of future physical education teachers for the organizing sports events is an important element in the procedure of assessing the quality of professional training of physical education students.
