THE FORMATION OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY OF FUTURE CONSTRUCTION SPECIALISTS

Abstract
Introduction. The article analyzes the formation of entrepreneurial activity of future construction specialists. The paper studies some scientific and analytical data to identify different approaches to the issue. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the connection between current knowledge of the subject and personal qualities as a part of readiness for business of future constructional specialists. Emphasize the need to use new forms, technologies and innovative educational programs in Ukrainian learning technologies in order to train constructional students in vocational educational centers. To study the many obstacles to the formation of the competence and readiness of educational institutions to train future specialists in doing business in the construction field. Methods. Theoretical and methodological analysis of historical sources, synthesis and systematization were used. Analysis of Psychological and educational literature, analogy, induction and deduction. Theories and methods of entrepreneurship students are covered in the reports of S. Alekseeva, L. Basil, I. Gritzheniuk, L. Ershova, V. Orlov. Technologies for the development of entrepreneurial competence among students currently studying are part of the work of M. Boyko, N. Pokatulovskyi, O. Semeniuk, M. Tkatchenko. Results. The results of questionnaires and scientific surveys of specialists undergoing training have been analyzed. The author of the article came to the conclusion that it is necessary to create a solid basis for the formation of entrepreneurial activity of future construction specialists. Originality. The results indicate that the forms of professional development of educators represent the concept of organizing the work of the methodological service in the vocational education system, describe the integration for the formation entrepreneurial activity of future constructional specialists in the professional development of educators. Conclusion. The study enabled to conclude that the current system needs to be reformed so that graduates can start an entrepreneurial activity. The study demonstrated a need for creating a system of guidelines for building business readiness in the construction sphere.
