Abstract
Introduction. The article describes the pedagogical conditions that ensure the preservation and strengthening of youth health-improving activities in the educational process. The article reveals the main tasks of organizing the educational process. This problem becomes more relevant in connection with COVID-19 and requires from professionals of vocational education institutions of high professional culture, formed worldviews and readiness to master new technologies in the professional field. Health-improving activity is the defining basis of comprehensive and harmonious development of the personality of a specialist of a vocational education institution, his lifestyle and life position. Purpose. The article highlights the pedagogical conditions that ensure health-improving activities; to reveal the main tasks of organizing the educational process; to determine the pedagogical bases of health-improving activity in the educational process of vocational education institutions, the main targets and factors of software and methodological support for preserving and strengthening of youth health. Methods. To reach the goal, the following study methods and techniques were used: theoretical (analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological literature), which allows to substantiate the starting points of the study; interpretive-analytical method, on the basis of which sources are studied using synthesis, analysis, systematization and generalization; method of comparative-historical analysis, which allowed to identify trends in this problem. Results. The article describes the pedagogical bases of health-improving activity in the educational process. The main targets and factors of software and methodological support of youth health-improving activities are considered. It is noted that the software and methodological support for the problem of youth health-improving activities in the educational process depends, first of all, on such factors as: 1) material support of the educational process; 2) the contingent involved in the educational process; 3) implementation of specific conditions of the program. Problems related to the environmental activities of young people are not detached from economic and political phenomena, which clearly reflect the contradictions of our society. Conclusion. Ensuring the future specialist, including through a value attitude to nature and mastering the basics of a healthy lifestyle in relation to the requirements for professional activity is one of the most important tasks of pedagogical science.
