DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION APPLICANTS IN THE DISTANCE LEARNING PROCESS

Abstract
Introduction. Today, the state of development of higher education in Ukraine puts forward new requirements for the preparation of applicants for higher education institutions, including pedagogical ones. There is a need to apply creative forms, teaching methods that develop the capacity for original thought and creative action. Therefore, the most important task of educational systems is to ensure the creative development of the individual, which is emphasized in numerous educational documents both in Ukraine and in foreign documents. In modern education, the creativity of a teacher is one of the leading factors in the success of learning. It becomes the quality that provides the individual the opportunity to adapt to changing living conditions and is a key to the success of a person in his professional activity. Creativity is also an important factor in the development of a person, which determines his or her willingness to change and abandon stereotypes. The purpose. Defining ways of development of creativity of future mathematics teachers during distance learning in the conditions of a pedagogical university. Methods. Psychological and educational literature analysis, analogy, induction and deduction, theoretical prediction, clarification of the essence and features of modeling. Results. The ways of development of creativity of future teachers of mathematics during distance learning are explained in the article. A brief history of the development of the phenomenon of creativity from ancient times to the present, a working definition of creativity of a future teacher, structural components. In addition, sets of creative qualities of the future teacher's personality are presented among the presented components of creativity. The creative methods recommended for using in lectures, practicals, laboratory classes, in the process of independent, research activity of future mathematics teachers during distance learning are offered. Conclusion. The use of these creative methods in the process of distance learning will promote the development of the specified personal creative qualities of future mathematics teachers. All this will form the basis for the development of creativity and the foundations of creative activity of higher education applicants of pedagogical universities. We can see a further direction of exploration in the creation of a system of development of creativity of future teachers in the conditions of higher education institution.
