DEVELOPING INTENDING SOCIAL WORKERS PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE BY FACILITIES OF COACHING

Abstract
Introduction.The main focus of the modern education system is to enhance the development of the professional competence in the process of training intending social workers. This feature ensures that they are ready for their ability to build productive relationships with customers, communicate with people, and gain new social and personal qualities. The characteristics of the features of the use of coaching technologies as the system-forming personal qualities of intending specialist were explained. The use of this technology in training intending professionals to develop the professional competence as a result was justified. Purpose. The main purpose of the article is to reveal the peculiarities of using coaching technologies as a means of developing the professional competence of social workers in the process of university training. Results. Educational and professional coaching of intending social workers was revealed as a system of social, psychological and pedagogical conditions and influences that contribute to understanding and developing their capabilities, which in the conditions of effective motivation will lead to effective and successful professional realization. The developed program of educational professional coaching has a structure that includes the process of forming coaching skills and the substantive elements of the concept of «professional competence of intending social workers». Originality.The content of the development of professional competence in the educational system of social orientation specialties includes: communicative component (methods and forms of communication and their use in different activity spheres); activity (form person's desire to reveal the natural potential); value-motivational (formation of social norms and cultural values). Therefore, coaching technology perfectly accomplishes the tasks, reveals and activates the key qualities of the future specialist's personality - a socio-psychological process of adaptation-integration, which involves self-identification; mechanism of personal formation, professional and social qualities; the process of mastering common and cultural knowledge, skills, values and norms. Conclusion. Professional coaching as a technology of formation and development of professional competence, the system of personality of the future specialist is important. It is a major tool for creating a teaching system to train future social work professionals to develop the irprofessional competency.
