Additionally, construction projects can become complicated because of different attitudes; different areas of interests and because of the important issues of time, money and quality. Furthermore, globalization plays an alwaysgrowing role in the field of construction. Impacts of globalization can lead to two or even more parties from different countries accomplishing a project, sites all over the world and international employees. Considering all these influences, the appearance of disputes is no rarity.
