The article reveals the main prospects for the development of entrepreneurial structures of the Donetsk People’s Republic based on the innovation and digital component, the essence of which is to integrate the capabilities of business, government agencies, research and educational organizations, civil society in a single information and digital space, which will allow realizing the existing potential in metallurgy, energy supply, food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
