JOB SATISFACTION OF THE TB DISPENSARY EMPLOYEES UNDER COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES

Abstract
Professional activity of the workers in the infectious diseases hospital is characterized by significant emotional tension. In terms of measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19, it is necessary to look for new mechanisms that can support the employees' working capacity at the proper level. The purpose of the study is to identify job satisfaction of the TB dispensary staff based on the analysis of the survey results and to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the institution under restrictive measures in connection with the prevention of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The study involved 128 employees of the Omsk Regional Public Health Care Institution “Clinical Tuberculosis Dispensary”. The results of the study, in general, demonstrate rather favourable trends: employees show organizational loyalty and are satisfied with most of the parameters of professional activity. The parameters of professional activity with which the majority of respondents are satisfied, as well as factors that do not satisfy a number of employees are found. The means that increase and negatively affect labour activity are identified. The significant characteristics of the work and the leading causes of conflicts
with managers are described. Structural subdivisions in which employees who are dissatisfied with their work are working have been singled out and, in accordance with the identified parameters, recommendations for managers and the qualitycontrol department have been developed.
