Influence of the level of development of the competitive environment in public procurements on the efficiency of the state order system in Russia

The article analyzes the development of the state order market in the Russian Federation. The problems of the functioning of the public and corporate procurement market are identified. A high degree of influence of the state of the competitive environment in the state order market on the amount of savings in budgetary funds for state and monetary funds for corporate procurements is revealed. It is argued that the primary task of the state is to increase the confidence of entrepreneurs in the state order market.
