Economic imperative of the social and economic security of the state

The article considered the theoretical basis of the economic imperative of the social and economic security of the state. A system of gradual development and expansion of opportunities for lending to the real sector of the economy of the DPR (“road map”) was suggested, on the basis of the state policy of “financial afterburner” and through the creation of a state credit institution, which would allow to form the basis for the mechanism for implementing the economic imperative of social and economic security of the Donetsk People's Republic.
