On the issue of subjects and objects of economic security: legal aspect

The article considers various approaches to the interpretation of the concepts of subjects and objects of economic security, analyzes the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People's Republic regulating the relations in economic security, substantiates suggestions on improving the relevant legislation of the Donetsk People's Republic by consolidating the concept and composition of subjects, as well as the concept and list of objects of economic security.
