URBAN MOBILITY MANAGEMENT IN THE ASPECT OF THE CITY TRANSPORT SYSTEM (ON THE EXAMPLE OF KYIV)

The low quality of public transport services, the inconvenience of routes, the long duration of trips and a number of other problems encourage residents of the largest cities to increasingly choose a car for everyday correspondence, which, in turn, increases delays, travel time and leads to environmental pollution of territories. The article defines the concepts of «urban mobility» and «urban mobility management». The main problems of transport service systems are also described and management tools for their solution are provided.
