Abstract
This paper discusses the procedures followed in the classroom in implementing the portfolios in teaching writing. It reports the details of the experiment conducted and the try-out of the strategy for experimental group of Jeppiaar Engineering College conducted in 2014. The paper presents the few methods adopted in implementing portfolios to enhance students' writing and the observations of the study done by the author
