Importance of SMEs providing income to nations has risen together with globalization process. SMEs have been accepted as important providing great contributions to employment and national income and from the point of view of shares in industry production in nation economies. Encountering of these businesses the most important problem is financial problem. In study, an research have been made on continuing activities of SMEs in Elazığ city. Aim of research have determined financial problems of SMEs in Elazığ city and have developed advices to solutionthis related to.
