Abstract
In the month of March 2020, the sudden, unprecedented outbreak of the COVID‐19 forced colleges to close down all on-campus academic activities. In order to keep the process of learning going, English language teachers had to initiate online teaching using Applications like Microsoft Teams, Google Classrooms, WebEx, Zoom, YouTube Live etc. This paper focuses on online education ventures taken up by the ESL teachers
