Abstract
Germ cell tumors constitutes 15% - 20% of all ovarian neoplasms and occur in women of reproductive age while sex cord stromal tumor constitutes 5% - 12% of all ovarian neoplasms and can occur in any age. Presence of three components with bilateral presentation of mixed germ cell - sex cord stromal tumor (sertolileydig cell tumor and dysgerminoma) in one ovary and germ cell tumor having a different component (yolk sac tumor) in the other ovary is very rare.
