Abstract
Epidermoid cyst of spleen is a rare cause of splenomegaly in general population. We have encountered through this case in a young lady presented with abdominal lump and associated symptoms. Patient had undergone splenectomy and recovered uneventfully. We herein present our experience in the management of this case.
